some single-sourcing and FrameMaker info
These documents are compilations of things weve learned over the years (all are fairly short and shouldn't take much time to download). By the way, all of these documents are part of our own single-sourcing approach to reducing the time it takes to get stuff done. Parts and pieces of the various documents are used on our website, in our training materials, as part of a proposal--and anywhere else we may need them. For years we thought that we were "too small" to benefit from a single-sourcing approach--we've learned differently!
These documents are in PDF format, so you'll need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view them
